Holiday cottage located in the same mas as Holiday cottages 2047 and 2048, overlooking the other 2 cottages, a little more independent, with a veranda at the entrance.

Enclosed Piscine (6 x 12, open from 01/05 to 15/10) with electric curtain, shared by all tenants, surrounded by a garden planted with flowers and trees. Hiking and mountain biking on site, bowls.

Holiday cottage on first floor: 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds ( 0,90 x 200 ), and 1 double bed (160 x 200), baby bed. Living room with fireplace and TV. Dining room with integrated kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven and induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer and electric food processor) + electric coffeemaker + electric kettle and toaster. Bathroom with walk-in shower and built-in basin. Storeroom with washing machine. Separate WC.

Electric heating (meter reading required). Terrace with garden furniture and wrought-iron pergola with barbecue. 4 deckchairs. Unenclosed plot.

End-of-stay cleaning possible. Deposit 100 €. Free pet. Wifi available in Holiday cottage.
