Located in the western part of the owners' house, this Holiday cottage has an 18 m² shaded terrace to the west, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue overlooking a 100 m² shared courtyard.
Beautiful views over vineyards and the Comtat plain.

Open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker...). Living room with table and 4 chairs, 3-seater sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms: 1 bed 90x190 cm, 2 beds 140x190 cm. Shower room. Separate WC. Washing machine. Oil-fired central heating.
