Air-conditioned and bright, in a privileged environment, the house is pleasant in all seasons.

The kitchen opens onto the living room and can be separated by a removable partition. It is spacious and well-equipped: oven, dishwasher, washing machine...
The living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV opens directly onto the terrace. It can be converted into a 2-person bedroom if required, at extra cost.
The 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 180 x 200 cm (or configuration into 2 beds 90x200 cm ) each have their own dressing room and bathroom with shower and toilet + access to the outside.
Bed linen, towels and housekeeping included.

Large private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, lounge and parasol. 2 parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage.
Piscine shared with 4 Bed and breakfasts, 10x4m, 1.10 to 1.80m deep, open from May to September, 10am to 8pm, protected by alarm and roller shutter.
Large communal garden with pines, oaks, relaxation areas and pétanque court.

On the border of Drôme Provençale, in the center of the Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange and Bollène triangle, Lagarde-Paréol is a small, peaceful village full of charm.
For hikers, the GR4 passes in front of the house, and for cyclists, a shelter is available. Electric recharging point 3 km away.
