Le Clos de Valerne

This semi-detached gîte is the ideal place to discover the riches of the Mont-Ventoux region, with its private above-ground pool.

Located in part of the owners' farmhouse, on their winegrowing estate, this Holiday cottage has all the comforts you need for a successful stay.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private octagonal above-ground swimming pool (4.34m, 1.16m deep, open from March 15 to the end of October), a 760 m² enclosed garden with views of olive groves and Mont Ventoux, and a large 50 m² covered terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen and gas barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings.

The first floor comprises the entrance hall, bar area, living room with corner sofa, flat-screen TV and fireplace, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, small appliances...). Separate WC and laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and central steam boiler.

On the 1st floor is the shower room with walk-in shower and WC. 2 bedrooms, the first of which has 2 90x200 cm beds and access to a 7 m² terrace-balcony with garden furniture, and the 2nd has a 160x200 cm bed and flat-screen TV.

On the 2nd floor is the 3rd bedroom (air-conditioned) with 1 bed 140x190 cm and 1 bed 90x190 cm for a 7th person, flat-screen TV and a reading area with sofa and bookcase.

Pets allowed (2 cats maximum). Sheets and towels for hire. Wood for fireplace and heating included. Housekeeping included.

For your comfort and security, the exterior is equipped with video surveillance cameras. Electric charging point available 2.7 km away.

The village is about 30 km from Parc Spirou (open mid-April to late October) and Wave Island Water Park (open mid-June to early September).
