In the heart of 10 ha. of vines, with beautiful unobstructed views over the Pernoise countryside, well-appointed semi-detached house, south-east of the owners' farmhouse.
Enclosed private swimming pool (8 x 4, depth = 1.40 m - open from 1/05 to 10/10. Heated from 1/05 to 10/06 and from 15/09 to 10/10 if temperatures allow heat pump operation). Private 27 m² south-east-facing terrace, unenclosed 100 m² garden, garden furniture, barbecue. Games room with pool table and table soccer.
First floor: living room (color TV), kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer), laundry room (washing machine). Shower room. WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 160x200), 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190 + 1 wooden crib). Shower room with WC. Oil-fired central heating.
Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €85. Security deposit : 250.00€.

Michael Im Herzen der Provence
Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Besonderes Highlight ende September war der beheizte Pool und der gut ausgestattete Spieleraum. Wir hatten einen perfekten Provence Urlaub zusammen mit unseren Freunden.

Rere très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à une météo exceptionnelle qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de cette magnigique piscine chauffée d'où la vue est incroyable.
le gîte est au calme et idéal pour se reposer au milieu des vignes.
Propriétaires sympathiques et discrets.
Entretien de la piscine régulier ce qui fait qu'elle est très propre tout comme le linge de lit d'ailleurs

Le Chardonnay is a great house in an amazing location with lovely views over the vineyards. So peaceful with no traffic noise and lots of birds to watch. Great pool which was a huge relief in very hot June weather. We stayed during a heatwave and managed to keep the downstairs cool, but the bedrooms were very hot at night, the fans helping a little. It’s in a very scenic area and a short drive from Pernes les Fontaines, which is a lovely small town with everything we needed. It was mid summer music festival on the day we arrived (21 June) and we were delighted to find lots of different music events taking place around the town, including a DJ set in one of the squares and a wind orchestra playing in the old armoury. Possibly walkable on a cooler day but a bit too far for us to walk to in the heat.
There’s all the bowls and glasses you could ever dream of & a knife for every occasion! The house is very well equipped and the beds comfortable; great consideration has been taken by Genevieve and Jean-Pierre.
A tea towel would have been a useful touch as we hadn’t thought to take one. We didn’t do a lot of cooking - just used the barbecue- so large range of saucepans wasn’t necessary. I wonder, if ours was the norm, whether some pans could be discarded to make more room for dry food storage?
We didn’t do very much due to the hot weather but did go to Kayak Vert at Fontaine de Vaucluse for a morning which was great fun (a lot of the river is shaded). L’isle sur la Sorgue is worth a visit if only for the ice cream shops!! Also visited Rousillon (Thursday is market day and it was very busy for parking) & Vernasque. Pernes market is on a Saturday and is a wonderful traditional French market with something of everything. There were so many other things to do and places to see that a week wasn’t long enough! Maybe we will just have to come back again?
