You'll enter an enclosed veranda serving as living room (TV), then the bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). Small kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer). En-suite bathroom. Separate toilet. Additional electric heating if required.

Swimming pool shared with owner, protected by cover (10x4, 2.50 m deep, open from May 1 to September 30).

10 m² covered terrace and summer kitchen on first floor. Shared enclosed grounds of over 1,500 m². Carport and enclosed parking. Garden furniture. Relaxation area. Barbecue.

Lovely view of the Luberon from the veranda. Multiple walks on site. Only 1 small animal accepted.
