After several years of renovation, Willie opens the doors of this old shed, which has been refurbished while retaining the old-fashioned features that make it so charming.

Pernes-les-Fontaines is a village of water and history, with its 41 fountains, where life is good. Situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux, close to Carpentras, Avignon, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Gordes, there's plenty to see and do. For thrill-seekers and youngsters alike, the Spirou Provence and Wave Island parks are just a few minutes away.

At the entrance to the village, in a quiet neighborhood of just a few houses, you'll find this pretty, detached cottage.
Surrounded by olive trees, you can stroll around the property as you please.
The private garden is fenced (wall and fence), planted with trees and features a private swimming pool and a pétanque court for your leisure time.
The terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha overlooks the Piscine.

Designed to accommodate 4 people + 1 baby, this cabanon is fitted out accordingly.
The fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric teapot, Nespresso coffee maker...) opens onto the air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV and office area for teleworking. Wifi access.

Upstairs, air-conditioning is on the landing that leads to the 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm and 2 beds 90x190cm that can be brought together to make a double bed). Bathroom with toilet, towel dryer, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Private Piscine 7.20x3m, 1.20m to 1.40m deep, protected by tarpaulin. Baby bed, high chair and bathtub on request.
All included: bed linen, towels, reversible air conditioning, housekeeping.

Pets allowed up to 100kg with supplement.
