The house features a private heated swimming pool (7x4, 1.5 m deep, open from May to October) protected by alarm and solar shower, wc and deckchairs. South-facing 350 m² terrace and courtyard with 30 m linear stretch of Sorgue riverbank, 220 m² enclosed lawned garden (electric gate).

Holiday cottage not suitable for young children or non-swimmers. Holiday cottage for fishing and Hiking enthusiasts.
