Small detached house, furnished with care, located about 30 meters from the owners' house. The property is on the outskirts of the village, in the Countryside and on the edge of a small Forest.

Natural south-facing terrace and 2000 m² enclosed private garden with shady areas for reading and relaxing. Enclosed on-site parking. Garden furniture, electric barbecue.

Living room/kitchenette (TV, microwave, dishwasher). Bathroom with toilet (washing machine). 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), baby bed.

The Piscine is fenced (11x5.5, depth 1.20 m to 2.20 m, open from early June to late September), accessible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and shared with the owners.

Electric heating: flat rate of €60/week. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning, rental of sheets and towels.

An ideal place to recharge your batteries, but also for Hiking or cycling, not forgetting the Ventoux for enthusiasts.
