Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home and gîte 84G4313, renovated in 2021 and surrounded by several houses built on large plots.

It features a private 25 m² south-facing terrace, part of which is covered, and a 3000 m² enclosed green park. Private gated parking. Garden furniture.

On the first floor, a very bright living room: dining room/kitchenette well equipped (sofa, TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds). Shower room with WC.

Electric heating and air conditioning included. End-of-stay cleaning and linen hire available.

Located in the heart of the Luberon, 5 km from Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt, where you'll find all the shops and amenities you need. You'll also be able to stroll around and discover nearby villages such as Gordes, Apt, Roussillon, the Colorado Provençale in Rustrel, and many other villages renowned for their fragrant, colorful Provençal markets.
