Pénélope, an interior designer by trade, offers you this house, entirely renovated and decorated by her in an industrial style. It features a number of unusual wrought-iron objects, furniture and decorations.
This 3-storey townhouse is located in the heart of the Luberon village of Robion, and boasts 1 large terrace with garden furniture, plancha and a lovely view over the rooftops.
The entrance is on the first floor, where you'll find an original separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and the living room with sofa and flat-screen TV.
The 1st floor features a bedroom with 160x200 cm bed and a reading room with study area.
The 2nd floor comprises a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a large dressing room with a range of baby equipment (cot, high chair, playpen, changing table), a separate toilet and a shower room with a large walk-in shower.
The air-conditioned kitchen, on the 3rd and top floor, is fully equipped (1 table and 4 chairs, oven, microwave, 3 induction hobs, fridge, freezer, extractor fan, pod coffee maker, small appliances).
The terrace is accessible from the kitchen via a bay window. The staircase serving the 3 floors is in openwork metal. Wifi available.
Due to the configuration of the house and its numerous staircases, we do not recommend this property for young children. Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels included. Free public parking nearby. Electric charging station 3 km away.

Nous confirmons les avis laissés par les occupants précédents. Location atypique et "sportive" qui ne nous a pas déplu. Histoire d'être un peu critique : il manquait quelques petites choses (exemple : une bassine pour les mini-lessives), et le téléviseur a été "capricieux" toute la semaine. A part ces détails insignifiants, le logement est parfaitement équipé et relativement bien placé au cœur du village. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Frank & Karin Urlaub im stylischen Dorfhaus mit Dachterrasse
Wir hatten 2 Wochen Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlichen Dorfhaus mitten in Robion. Das Haus bietet viel Platz auf mehreren Ebenen. Die Klimaanlage im obersten Geschoss hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einigen architektonischen Besonderheiten. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat man kurze Wege und bekommt alles was man benötigt. Radtouren und Wanderungen sind direkt ab Haus möglich.

Axel + Petra Allein schon der Dachbalkon lohnt dAie Reise!
Tolles Quartier,liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert. Einfach superschön. Nur die Treppen können für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ein Problem sein. Penelope Gauthier, die Vermieterin, hat uns super geholfen.

Micocoulier_addict Un gite très singulier
Le gîte a été pensé/conçu de manière à sublimer le bâtiment tout en le rendant plus fonctionnel que d'origine, et cela se détecte immédiatement, on s'y sent à l'aise rapidement ... il est un peu un démonstrateur du savoir faire de Pénélope.
C'est aussi le lieu de divers objets personnels choisis avec goût.Il ne conviendrait pas à des familles avec enfants turbulents, ou des personnes à mobilité réduite, par contre pour tous les autres types de clients, ce serait dommage de passer à côté.
Les alentours proches sont animés, sans être gênants.
Le positionnement géographique a été aussi un critère de choix important dans le choix, car il permet sans trop avaler de kilomètres de voir beaucoup d'incontournables du Lubéron, tout comme d'exercer d'autres types d'activités.
