La Villetta- Comfortable holiday cottage at the gateway to Provence, located just east of Bollène. The cottage is close to the city center (2.5 km) with its shops, restaurants and local entertainment. This central location facilitates access to many of the surrounding tourist sites: the famous Gorges and caves of the Ardèche, the Pont du Gard, Vaison-la-Romaine, Avignon, the Ventoux, and typical villages. Nestled in a carefully maintained, gated property, the rental has a secure gate and private parking space. Fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, the Holiday cottage offers a private outdoor space with a 50 m2 terrace planted with trees, a view of the swimming pool, garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. A large, 50 m2 Piscine shared with the owners (with alarm, open from May to September) awaits you for a refreshing dip in the sun. A shared courtyard and petanque court complete this welcoming setting. Sheets and towels are included for a worry-free stay. End-of-stay cleaning package optional. A secure bike/motorcycle shelter is also available. The interior is furnished with care: on the first floor, a cosy living room with TV and armchairs, a convivial dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, pod and Italian coffee makers). Washing machine in outside room. The first floor, accessible via a steep staircase (not recommended for people with mobility difficulties), includes a comfortable bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a shower room with WC. Double-glazed windows. Please note: situated along a long avenue, the Holiday cottage may occasionally be exposed to occasional urban noise pollution (double-glazed windows), offset by the comfort of the property, the communal swimming pool, and the immediate proximity of all amenities.
