The private swimming pool (6.20 x 3.30, 1.45 m deep, flat bottom, open from mid-May to September) is protected by a tarpaulin with bars and alarm. Outside: 25 m² west-facing terrace with garden furniture, plancha, closed garage for bikes and motorcycles. First floor: well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). Washing machine and dryer in garage. Air-conditioned living/dining room (TV, DVD player, working fireplace). 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190) Bathroom. Separate wc. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 160x200) Shower room with wc. Electric heating: flat rate of €50 per week. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning, rental of sheets and towels. Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle at the owner's house. Hiking and biking trails depart from the Holiday cottage.
