Detached house built in 1989 and renovated in 2019. A few kilometers away, you can visit the fortress of Mornas, perched on a cliff. Situated in the Countryside, amidst vineyards, lavender and olive groves on an unenclosed 35-hectare estate with boulodrome (13x3.90), ping-pong table and weight bench.
The private swimming pool (6.20 x 3.30, 1.45 m deep, flat bottom, open from mid-May to September) is protected by a tarpaulin with bars and alarm. Outside: 25 m² west-facing terrace with garden furniture, plancha, closed garage for bikes and motorcycles. First floor: well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). Washing machine and dryer in garage. Air-conditioned living/dining room (TV, DVD player, working fireplace). 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190) Bathroom. Separate wc. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 160x200) Shower room with wc. Electric heating: flat rate of €50 per week. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning, rental of sheets and towels. Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle at the owner's house. Hiking and biking trails depart from the Holiday cottage. Nearby, you can discover local Provencal markets such as those in Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange, Bollène, Ste-Cele les Vignes and others.

Famile Lê-Tay Calme et reposant
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. Le gite est très bien entretenu et bien équipé, rien ne manque. C'est un endroit calme et idéal pour des vacances reposantes en famille. On profite des belles promenades aux alentours. Je recommande ce gîte !

Gîte agréable à vivre, piscine tempérée, et calme alentour tout à fait propice à un ressourcement, les propriétaires sont discrets et agréables avec de petites attentions charmantes. Un séjour reposant, une literie au top, je recommande ce gîte.

Propriétaires d une gentillesse rare et très très discret, très disponible en cas de problèmes, literie d un confort incroyable , rien ne manque dans le gîte piscine très agréable apprécié par ses fortes chaleurs et d un calme incroyable au milieu des vignes et des oliviers merci aux propriétaires pour les cadeaux
