Villa Lisa Maria, a charming detached house in a residential neighborhood on the banks of the Sorgue river, 5 minutes' walk from the shops.

Outside, a 600 m² private enclosed garden with garden furniture, a stone barbecue, a false well and a superb view of the Sorgue and the small ducks and fish that might pass by.

The house is air-conditioned and comprises a bright living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV, table and 4 chairs, and sideboard. This room opens directly onto a large veranda, very pleasant in all seasons and giving access to the garden with views over the Sorgue.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, small appliances, Senseo coffee maker. A scullery with dishwasher, 2nd gas stove, washing machine and freezer is at your disposal (accessible from the kitchen and outside).
The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190 cm) and the shower room with shower, washbasin and bidet, with a separate toilet at the far end.

Air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room at an extra charge of €50 per week. 1 radiator in shower room.

Bicycles can be safely parked in the laundry room. Reserved parking space in front of the house, along the sidewalk in the cul-de-sac.

From here, you can walk to the city center via a small footbridge.
L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is a must-see destination, and the location of this house is perfect for visiting the village, its Market, its antique dealers, and strolling along the banks of the Sorgue...
