La Villa des Vignes is ideally located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in an area ideal for Hiking and cycling. Just 2.5 km from the village of Mazan, this independent Holiday cottage offers every comfort.


You'll enjoy a fully fenced private garden of around 150 m², with a large 25 m² shaded terrace, garden furniture, 4 sun loungers and a gas barbecue. The Piscine, shared with the owners (12 x 5 m), is protected by a fence and open from April to September, with sunbeds available for relaxing. Parking is provided inside the property, which is closed by an electric gate.


The living area includes a living room with sofa and TV, WIFI (fiber), as well as a fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, induction hob, filter coffee maker, etc.). Air-conditioning.


The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. The second bedroom, also with private shower room, can be configured with a 160 cm bed or two separate beds (please specify when booking). Separate WC. Baby equipment available on request.


Shared laundry facilities with the Holiday cottage "La Maison des Oliviers": washing machine, ironing board and iron, bicycle storage. Table tennis and Hiking departures directly from the property.


Heating, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels, pool towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. For stays of 3 nights or more, only bed linen rental is extra: €15 per bed.

Pets welcome (60 kg maximum, excluding categorized dogs).
