La Villa Bella

Serge and Aurore open the doors to their little corner of paradise in the heart of the Comtat Venaissin, at the foot of Mont Ventoux.

Villa Bella is a pleasant, well-equipped ground-floor house set in a 350 m² enclosed garden, with air conditioning in every room to make your stay even more comfortable.

Adjoining the owners' son's home but not overlooked, only the entrance is shared.

A beautiful fenced swimming pool (4x7.50, depth 1.30m, open from June to October) and an inflatable jacuzzi are for your exclusive use.

The shaded terrace has 2 tables, a plancha and plenty of parasols.

Inside, the living room comprises :
- a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a Cookéo, an ice maker, a Nespresso coffee maker and a deep fryer.
- a living/dining room with 2 electric sofas, flat-screen TV, Netflix, Canal+, and a large table with bench and chairs.

2 bedrooms, one with TV (1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 140x190 cm).
The bathroom has a shower with jets and curtain, a whirlpool bath and a vanity unit. The toilet is independent.

Outside, in the laundry room, you'll find a washing machine, a 2nd fridge, a toilet, a shower and games for children.

Pets are not allowed. Sheets, towels and cleaning are extra. Electricity recharging point 2 km away.
