This cosy, recently renovated detached house features spacious, bright rooms.
Sandra and Bruno open the doors to this family home, with its many happy and festive memories of yesteryear.
Here you can share precious moments with family or friends, in the comfortable living room, on the terrace around a barbecue or by the Piscine.
The 2500 m² wooded property is fenced, unoverlooked and closed by an electric gate.
At your disposal: a petanque court, a ping-pong table, a pool-house with a lounge and a garage for your bicycles.
The private swimming pool is fenced and alarmed, open from early May to late September, 8x4m.
First floor:
The entrance opens onto a spacious living room, with 2 sofas, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, wifi, office area.
The kitchen/dining room is well-appointed and equipped to accommodate 6 people, and opens onto the terrace (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, pod coffee maker...).
An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, opening onto the garden, with its own shower room and dressing room.
Separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine.
First floor:
2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and access to the balcony.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
For your convenience, bathroom linen, sheets and Piscine towels are included. Reversible air conditioning in each room only.
Pets are not allowed. Electric charging station 3km away.
Mondragon is a hillside village between Bollène and Orange. Its proximity to the freeway is a real asset for discovering all the riches of Provence (can sometimes be heard depending on the direction of the wind). A wide range of activities are on offer, with the "Wam Park" and "Bollène Aventure" Base de loisirs just a few minutes away by car.

We spent two wonderful weeks at La Villa. The gîte is outside Mondragon proper, so it is very quiet with lovely views onto the countryside. Yet it is still close to N7 and within easy access to many points of interest in the Vaucluse. The house itself is very clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, so we were able to sleep well despite the heat. The pool is very well maintained, and we used it every day of our stay. Sandra and Bruno are excellent hosts, informative and attentive yet discreet. They intervened rapidly when there was a problem with the pool cover because of the Mistral. Over the years we have stayed in many vacation rentals in France. This was the nicest one ever, and we are looking forward to returning.

Nous sommes vraiment ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour à La Villa et que vous ayez apprécié le calme, le confort de la maison, la piscine et son environnement ainsi que sa localisation qui vous ont permis de profiter pleinement de découvrir la région.

Nat Superbe Villa et accueil au top !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa aménagée avec goût. Elle offre tout le confort et le matériel nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. La villa est entretenue avec beaucoup de soin. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et merci à Sandra pour les nombreux conseils et recommandations sur la région et les visites à faire ! Nous avons profité d'un séjour ensoleillé et au calme, parfait pour se ressourcer!
