Just 15 minutes from Roussillon, Gordes or Apt, in the heart of the Luberon, perched 850 m above sea level on a hill facing the Luberon, La Thébaide is a haven of tranquility, nature and coolness in summer. It's in the shade, and at altitude, there's a 5-degree difference from the plain of Apt. It's an ideal pied-à-terre, with a beautiful view, for a relaxing stay in this old stone house, cool in summer and sunny in winter, on the wooden terrace. Independent Holiday cottage with character, set in 2 ha of unenclosed grounds, with 2 terraces: 1 to the south (40 m²) and 1 to the southeast (14 m²). Garden furniture. Magnificent views.

2 bedrooms, 1 of which is only accessible from the outside (Kids under 6 not recommended): 2 single beds (90 x 200), 1 double bed (140 x 200). Living/dining room/kitchen. Color TV. Bathroom with toilet. Microwave oven. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Wifi inside.
Holiday cottage renovated in 2016.

Heating surcharge: €40/week. Housekeeping package available: €40/week.

Tenants are not allowed to use the stove.

1 dog only, cats are not allowed.

Please note that it is not possible to charge an electric car in the Holiday cottage as the electrical installation is not suitable and there is a very high risk of overheating. If the electricity consumption is not normal (daily info), the owner will intervene. Access via 1 forest road 1.8 km long.
