It's in the shade and at altitude, there's a 5-degree difference from the plain of Apt. It's an ideal pied-à-terre, with a beautiful view, for a relaxing stay in this old stone house, cool in summer and sunny in winter, on the wooden terrace. Independent Holiday cottage with character, set in 2 ha of unenclosed grounds, with 2 terraces: 1 to the south (40 m²) and 1 to the southeast (14 m²). Garden furniture. Magnificent views.
