Located on the outskirts of the village, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in a complex of 4 houses, you'll find this brand-new independent gîte with its private swimming pool (4 x 8, 1.40 m deep, open from 05/06 to 21/09 and heated from 15/06 to 21/09) protected by 1 fall alarm and 1 bar cover, its 30 m² south-west-facing shaded terrace and its 1000 m² unfenced garden. Garage ideal for bicycles. Electric barbecue for gîte and gas barbecue shared with gîte 84G4147.
Air-conditioned first floor: living room/kitchen (color TV, microwave, dishwasher), pantry (washing machine), separate wc. pellet stove (1st bag offered).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160x200, 2 beds 90x200), cot and high chair, bathroom, shower, separate wc, air-conditioned hall. Electric heating or reversible air-conditioning at extra cost. Pellet stove
Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €100.
The swimming pool and garden require maintenance, and the owner reserves the right to come and check that the pool is working properly and to carry out some gardening work. This includes watering and filtering the pool, as well as checking water and product levels.
An ideal vacation spot for hikers and bikers, but also for those who want to discover Provence by strolling around the markets in Bedoin or Malaucène.

5/5Sehr schön gelegen, super sauber (sowohl Haus als auch Pool sehr gepflegt!),alles vorhanden, was man braucht, nett eingerichtet, ruhig, aber nicht isoliert, freundliche Vermieterin, Ortskern in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, für uns aber kein Problem.

La maison est parfaite! Rien ne manque et elle est plus grande que laisse voir les photos donc belle surprise en arrivant!
