The house opens onto a 1,000 m² enclosed garden, secured by an electric gate, with private parking space. You'll enjoy a pétanque court (boules provided) and a 22 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture, 4 deckchairs, parasol and unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux in the background.

The interior, bright and tastefully decorated, features a beautiful living room with a large bay window overlooking the garden and terrace. It includes a dining area, a comfortable lounge (sofa, armchair, pouffe), flat-screen TV, wifi, as well as board games.
The open, functional kitchen features a work surface and all the necessary equipment: filter and pod coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment.

A laundry room with washing machine and a separate toilet with washbasin complete the communal areas.

On the night side, there are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed, the other with twin 90 cm beds, plus a shower room.
The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimum comfort all year round.
