Nestled in an old farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, this gîte offers you an authentic stay, where nature and tranquility meet. Semi-detached from the gîte (84G2327) and the owner, it comprises four spacious bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for simple, rustic comfort. The Provencal-style interior combines old-world charm with a warm atmosphere that will appeal to lovers of authenticity. Let yourself be enchanted by the stone walls, old beams and traditional details that recall this place's past. Ground floor: Dining room with large wooden table and fireplace. Kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker... Utility room, washing machine. 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm). Separate toilet. Middle floor: 2 shower rooms. 1 separate toilet. First floor: large living room with flat-screen TV. 3 bedrooms: 2 beds 140x190cm, 4 beds 90x190cm. You can enjoy the shared garden with trees and play equipment for Kids, and relax while admiring the surrounding landscapes with vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see. The private courtyard with terrace, garden furniture and gas barbecue is just waiting for you!
