Welcome to Saint-Didier, a pretty little village ideally located between Pernes-les-Fontaines, Bédoin and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, at the foot of the famous Mont Ventoux. This spacious, light-filled stone house is ideal for getting together with family or friends and sharing great moments, in a simple, friendly atmosphere. As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the open-plan living room, bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows. The living room invites you to relax with its corner sofa, connected TV and wifi with fiber, perfect for family evenings. The dining room, with its large table, quickly becomes the gathering place for meals, games or long discussions. The well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher) makes it easy to prepare tasty meals to share, and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has four comfortable bedrooms with bay windows opening onto the garden, one of which has a private shower room and WC. A mezzanine, not suitable for Kids, has 2 beds 90x190cm and 1 bed 160x200cm. A bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC complete the accommodation. All rooms are air-conditioned, with the exception of the mezzanine. The enclosed garden planted with oak trees offers a pleasant setting, between sun and shade, ideal for relaxation. The large private swimming pool, secured by 2 alarms and open from April to September, promises moments of relaxation and pleasure for the whole family. All around, sun loungers invite you to relax while the Kids enjoy the water. The terrace naturally becomes the heart of the house. Here, you can share meals al fresco around the large tables, prepare grilled meats a la plancha or on the barbecue, and extend the day with a few games of pétanque in a typically Provencal atmosphere. The property has a private parking lot, closed by an electric gate, for up to three vehicles, with easy parking in the cul-de-sac. The location is ideal for a variety of pleasures. Spend a day with the family at Parc Spirou Provence or cool off on Wave Island. Nature lovers will love the walks, the Provencal markets and the many activities around Mont Ventoux. This is a real family vacation home, with plenty of space to live together and a fully private swimming pool. The enclosed garden reassures parents and allows Kids to play in peace and quiet. The atmosphere is simple, warm and authentic, perfect for creating beautiful memories. Here, we take the time to live.
