Perfect for a couple or a small family, it can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to its bedroom and convertible sofa in the living room.

Situated next to a residential estate, the house is semi-detached with Holiday cottage 84G4102, but not overlooked, offering a peaceful, intimate setting. Air-conditioned in the living room and bedroom, it guarantees optimum comfort in all seasons. The main room is bright and airy, with a sitting area equipped with TV and sofa bed. The functional kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: mini-oven, microwave, two gas hobs, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The simply decorated bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm). There is a bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.

Outside, the charm is immediately apparent. The enclosed, unoverlooked garden is planted with trees and pleasantly shaded. It features a private inflatable Jacuzzi, accessible all year round, for moments of relaxation in total privacy. Sun loungers and a parasol are at your disposal to make the most of the Provencal climate. An 18 m² shaded terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, naturally extends convivial moments around a meal or an aperitif at the end of the day.
