At the foot of the Luberon and on the banks of the Etang de la Bonde, La Petite Maison is a spacious, fully-renovated Holiday cottage that sleeps 6. The site is an old family farm, in which the owners have created two Holiday cottages: La Petite Maison and La Ferme. On foot, you can easily reach the Etang de la Bonde, where you can swim in season, as well as the Hiking trails to the Luberon massif. Opposite the Holiday cottage, views of the surrounding vineyards and Mountain Sainte Victoire in the distance. Luberon villages such as Lourmarin, Ansouis and Bonnieux, the City of Aix-en-Provence and the Colorado Provençal are all within a 30-km radius.

On two levels, the Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
- Kitchen opening onto living room: equipped with fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, bar with 4 stools. Dining area for 8, buffet, pellet stove. Lounge area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, connected TV. Air-conditioning.
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, table and lamps, large closet, TV and reversible air-conditioning. French window onto terrace.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.
- Cupboards with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs via secure staircase for Kids:
- 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, tables and lamps, large closet, TV and reversible air-conditioning.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
- Play area with pull-out bed (2 beds 90x190cm), TV and reversible air-conditioning. 2 extra beds possible.
- 17m² covered patio with garden furniture and deckchairs.

Outside, terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Private parking on the property. Direct access to the pond via a gate.

Sheets and towels included. Housekeeping included.
