New, air-conditioned house with heated Piscine. Holiday cottage with Tourism and Handicap label: we have taken particular care to ensure that the whole house and the swimming pool are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Our Holiday cottage is the ideal place to spend your vacations with family or friends, enjoying all the treasures of the Vaucluse region: culture and gastronomy, sport and nature, or simply rest and relaxation... There's something for everyone.

This recent house, air-conditioned at no extra charge, will welcome you in all seasons (residential area).
The Piscine (7m x 2.50 m, 1.40 m deep) is heated from mid-April to October (from the Spring vacations to the end of the All Saints' vacations, weather permitting), and is protected by 1 telescopic cover and/or 1 alarm (removable barrier available on request).

The entire house (100 m²) and garden (600 m²) are accessible to people with reduced mobility, as is the Piscine (remote-controlled launching available on request). Covered 25 m² terrace and gas plancha. Enclosed gated parking. Closed garage for bikes and motorcycles. Washing machine and dryer.

You'll find 1 large, bright living room with 1 fully-equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher), 1 living room with corner sofa and 1 large TV, DVD player.
3 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 bed 180x200 convertible into two beds 90x200; bedroom 2: 1 bed 160x200; bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x200, cot, high chair or Kids chair on request).
Bathroom with WC (120x130 cm walk-in shower). Second independent WC.

Housekeeping included. Optional: rental of bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels.

Electric car charging station on site.

Whatever the season, you can discover the beautiful surrounding villages and typical Provencal markets of Carpentras, Pernes-les-Fontaines, l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (also renowned for its antique and second-hand shops) and many others. Sports enthusiasts will find an ideal environment for cycling, hiking or horse-riding at the foot of Mont Ventoux. The Parc Spirou and the Monteux Water Park will delight young and old alike. Mazan's geographical location makes it an ideal base for enjoying summer festivals in the Vaucluse (Avignon, Orange...).
