Located in a peaceful setting, this pleasant detached house welcomes you for a relaxing stay. Set in the owners' grounds, close to their home, it benefits from a private, unenclosed 300m² garden shaded by evergreen oaks, ideal for relaxing in the shade. A covered terrace, equipped with garden furniture and an electric barbecue, is ideal for outdoor meals. A covered, reserved parking space is at your disposal.

Inside, the house offers a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a comfortable sitting area featuring TV, sofa and armchairs, plus a convivial dining area with round table and 4 chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, pod coffee maker...

The sleeping area comprises two comfortable bedrooms with blackout curtains, one with a 160x200 cm double bed and the other with two 90x190 cm single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, towel dryer and washing machine, while the sanibroyeur toilets are independent. A cellar with storage space is at your disposal.

For your convenience, everything is included (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, reversible air conditioning).

Conveniently located for exploring the region, the house is just 19 km from Avignon and its famous Festival, 9 km from Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and 4 km from Pernes-les-Fontaines.

Situated in the Mont-Ventoux Regional Nature Park, it's an ideal starting point for numerous hiking and biking trails, which can be accessed directly from the Holiday cottage, in the heart of the Provencal countryside.
