La Maison des Oliviers

Situated just 2.5 km from the village of Mazan, La Maison des Oliviers is a self-contained Holiday cottage on the owner's property, which also houses a second cottage. Perfectly furnished, it offers a private, fully enclosed 100 m² garden planted with olive trees, with a beautiful view over the vineyards, and a pleasant 10 m² covered terrace equipped with a plancha, table and chairs for outdoor meals. The private swimming pool (3.5 x 6.5 m), open from April to September (and heated from May to September), is secured by a fence and features 6 sun loungers for your moments of relaxation. The Holiday cottage comprises a convivial living room with lounge (sofa, TV, fiber WIFI), dining area and well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker).


Two bedrooms, each with private shower room, are at your disposal: 1 modular bedroom with 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed. Two independent WCs complete the ensemble. You benefit from 2 parking spaces inside the property, closed by an electric gate. A games area with ping-pong table is available, as is a shared laundry room with the other Holiday cottage (washing machine, iron and ironing board, bike storage space). Everything is included: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, pool towels and end-of-stay cleaning. From the Holiday cottage, there are a number of hiking and biking trails through the wine-growing countryside and at the foot of the Ventoux. Pets are welcome (60 kg maximum, excluding categorized dogs).
