Beautiful house located close to the village center and in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park in the foothills of the Monts de Vaucluse.
La Maison des Moulins is detached, partly in exposed stone and renovated in 2018.

A beautiful private swimming pool (11x6, 1.20 to 2.20 deep, open from May to October), fenced in and alarmed, faces south with a magnificent 180° view of the Luberon massif and the villages of Roussillon, Gordes and the Calavon valley. Sun loungers are available for relaxing or sunbathing between 2 refreshing swims. Garden furniture.

The house is on 2 levels:
First floor: 2 spacious, comfortable bedrooms (160x200 beds) opening onto a terrace under an awning, also accessible from the outside on one level, a shower room/wc, a large garage with space for 2 cars and several bicycles.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), living/dining room with TV, DVD player, fireplace, storeroom (freezer, tumble dryer). 2 bedrooms, one with a dressing room and 1 loggia (1 bed 180x200 and 2 beds 90x200), cot, bathroom, separate toilet, fireplace, veranda and 34 m² south-facing terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the exceptional view. The mill house is not fenced. The village center is a ten-minute walk away.

Housekeeping available at the end of your stay. Reversible air-conditioning 100 kwh per week included - beyond this, a supplement will be charged.

Access to the house is via a 500-meter driveway.
In the village, there are 2 fast-charging stations for all types of electric or hybrid vehicles.
You can stroll around and discover the Provencal markets in the vicinity. For hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous possibilities starting from the house or nearby.
