Marie-Hélène is delighted to open the doors of her childhood home, with its authentic, rustic charm.
A native of the village, she'll be delighted to share her good addresses with you. Renowned family wine cellar opposite the house.

There's a private terrace in front of the house with garden furniture, as well as a large communal garden with trees, summer kitchen, barbecue, lounge, deckchairs... and vines as far as the eye can see.
Parking in front of the house, private garage with washing machine and dryer.

Spacious and pleasant in all seasons, the house can accommodate a 5th person (bed in the living room).
On the first floor, a large entrance hall opens onto a dining room with kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker...). An air-conditioned living room with flat-screen TV, Louis XV-style armchairs and banquette, office area for teleworking and lounge area with fireplace (not in use) and library. A bathroom/wc equipped for people with reduced mobility (raised toilet, shower seat, grab bar).

1st floor: 2 large bedrooms (1 bed 90x190, 1 bed 120x190, 1 bed 160x190), one with en-suite bathroom/wc. Bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet.
