In the heart of the Luberon, in the commune of Cheval-Blanc, this charming Holiday cottage in part of a Provencal farmhouse invites you to enjoy a peaceful, authentic stay. Semi-detached from the owner's house, but entirely independent, with no nuisances opposite, it offers a haven of tranquillity where you can recharge your batteries to the rhythm of Provence. From the moment you arrive, the charm takes hold: an electric gate opens onto a gravelled courtyard entirely enclosed by walls, where you can park your vehicle in complete peace of mind. The terrace, shaded by a majestic lime tree, is an invitation to relax. The private heated swimming pool (7 x 3.50 m), alarmed and open from late April to late October, offers a privileged setting with a view of the Luberon. After a day exploring the hilltop villages, Provencal markets and mountain trails, it's a pleasure to cool off and relax to the song of the cicadas. Inside, the house combines charm and comfort. The first floor features an air-conditioned living room with open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, pod coffee maker...), dining room and cosy lounge with TV and fireplace (wood supplied), ideal for cooler evenings. An office area and Wifi fiber connection keep you connected. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and WC completes this level. Upstairs, a hallway equipped with reversible air conditioning leads to three comfortable bedrooms: two with 160 x 200cm beds and one with two 90 x 200cm beds that can be combined into a 180 x 200cm bed on request. A bathroom with large shower and double washbasin and a separate toilet complete the first floor. For a worry-free stay, everything is included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and reversible air conditioning. For families with babies, an Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat and bathtub are available on request.
