Welcome to Flassan, a small ochre village with authentic charm. In a small street, this village house, completely renovated in 2025, welcomes you at the foot of Mont Ventoux for a stay combining relaxation, comfort and nature. An ideal place for those who love lazing around, cycling and Hiking.

First floor: Sports hall with rowing machine, elliptical, mat and dumbbells, secure bike storage. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

After a few steps, you reach the 1st floor: Bright living room with TV, WiFi, two armchairs and a sofa. Dining area and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, multifunction oven, filter coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. Through a large bay window, access to the 1st terrace (20 m2) with garden furniture, parasol and plancha. A few more steps lead up to the garden area (approx. 130 m2) with: an alarm-protected private swimming pool (4 x 2 m), a 2nd terrace (35 m2) with deckchairs for your moments of relaxation.

2 comfortable bedrooms: 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 180 cm bed convertible into 2 x 90 cm beds. Modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
