Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon, this pretty single-storey house, adjoining the owner's home, welcomes you for a peaceful vacation, 800 meters from the village and shops. For your comfort, the floor is heated in winter and cooled in summer.

Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids/teens on trundle beds (extra charge). You'll enjoy the privacy of an enclosed garden, lulled by the rhythm of the flowing water in the fountain, as well as an alarm-protected private swimming pool (8x4m, open from early May to late September), ideal for cooling off under the Provencal sun.

The terrace with garden furniture is shaded by a retractable tarpaulin. A charcoal barbecue is available. The shaded lounge is just waiting for you!

The house offers a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area (electric gas stove with hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, fridge/freezer, TV...). Wifi access.
1 large bedroom with 140x190cm bed + 2 trundle beds (separated by a curtain).
1 master bedroom opening onto terrace with 180x200cm bed, television, reversible air conditioning, dressing room and bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath and toilet.

Cooling/heating floor in all rooms.

The bathroom/wc is accessible from the bedroom only. An outside toilet with washbasin is also available.

The house is conveniently located near Provencal markets and typical Luberon villages such as Gordes, Oppède and Ménerbes. 2 parking spaces are reserved in front of the house. The entrance gate is shared with the owner. Electricity recharging point 800m away. Everything included (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, air conditioning, heating). No pets allowed.
