Whether you're with family or friends, on vacation or working from home, this house is ideal for relaxing by the pool.
The infinity pool (8x4 m, depth 1.15m to 1.6m) is open from April 20 to the end of September. It is protected by an alarm and a removable fence, and has a small submerged deck and a bench.

The 800m² garden is not completely enclosed, as part of it overlooks a river below (La Mède).

The 50m² shaded terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue, and overlooks the swimming pool.

First floor:
The living room features a quality, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with oven, microwave, fridge, hob, extractor hood, pod coffee maker and small appliances.
The living room has a large, comfortable U-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV, Wii console with games, wifi.
One bedroom with 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Separate toilet.

On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms (2 beds 160x200 cm), a bathroom with corner bath, walk-in shower and double washbasin. Separate toilet and office for telecommuting.

The 4th bedroom is in the basement, overlooking the garden, and has 4 beds 90x190 cm, 2 of which are bunk beds.

The house also has a garage with washing machine, freezer and outdoor games. Petanque court.

Heated swimming pool on request and weather permitting in April, May and September, supplement €100/week.
End-of-stay cleaning included. Sheets + towels are 24 €/person. 1 single pet accepted: €40/week.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, toilet seat reducer, crockery, toys.

Electric vehicle charging station 10km away. Possibility of recharging your vehicle in the garage (extra charge). A camera films the parking lot and garage to monitor recharging.
