The living room features a superb fully-equipped kitchen with a large central island, a convivial dining table, a wine cellar and a fireplace (wood included). The half-level living room overlooks the living area and features a connected TV, Bluetooth speakers and comfortable sofas. A second living room with connected TV and fireplace allows guests to relax in peace and quiet. Wifi access is available inside and outside the house, and reversible air conditioning is present in every room. Its atypical architecture, comprising several half-storeys with a few steps, gives it a unique charm and lots of character. Ground floor: an elegant bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, bay window overlooking the garden, dressing room and private shower room with WC. 1 separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor: two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room, one with separate private toilet. Two further bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and one with two 90x190 cm beds) share a bathroom with bathtub. A separate WC completes this floor. 1 small Pets allowed (15kg maximum). 6x4m heated private swimming pool with 0.40m deep beach, then 1.40m deep, counter-current swimming system, open from March to September with electric retractable cover for safety and comfort, depending on the season.
