La Fontaine

Beaumont-du-Ventoux is home to "Mont Serein" on its giant "Mont Ventoux", the only ski resort in the Vaucluse.
Comprising 9 hamlets, the commune is just a few minutes from Malaucène.

"La Fontaine" is a charming detached house set in 2000 m² of enclosed grounds in the heart of a peaceful hamlet.
Its 30 m² south-west-facing terrace with mountain views is shaded and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Bright and functional, the house is air-conditioned (hallway and living room) and well-equipped.
The living room opens directly onto the terrace, where you'll find a sitting area with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV and WiFi, and a kitchen/dining area with a large table and 6 chairs.
The built-in kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 4 gas rings, dishwasher, extractor hood, Senseo coffee maker and small appliances.

3 bedrooms (2 beds 90x200cm, 1 bed 180x200 cm and 1 bed 140x190 cm) with dressing rooms and mosquito screens on the windows.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass wall, washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer and washing machine.
The toilet with washbasin is separate.

A pétanque court in the shade is available for your outdoor leisure activities. Secure parking in the gravel courtyard (gate).
End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels included. Electricity and heating are extra; a meter reading will be taken. Cot and high chair available. Electricity recharging point on site.
