La Floquette" is a family home dating from the early 20th century and renovated in 2020.
Independent and located in the heart of the owners' vineyard, overlooking the surrounding vines. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start from the house or nearby, not forgetting Mont Ventoux, a true cyclist's paradise.

South-facing, you'll find a lovely 35 m² terrace, a dining area with garden furniture and a barbecue. The 1-hectare grounds are unenclosed, with reserved on-site parking.

You can relax and cool off in the private above-ground wooden swimming pool (3x5, 1.30 m deep, open from May 15 to September 30), with sun loungers available.

Inside you'll find a pleasant, bright and well-decorated space. First floor: kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Living room with TV. Separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms including 1 with air-conditioning (1 bed 160x200, 3 beds 90x190), crib on request (not in initial accommodation). Shower room with toilet.

Sheets and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning package 60 Euros.

Located in the countryside, 2.5 km from the village of Beaumes-de-Venise, Céline and Bernard will be delighted to welcome you to this house not far from their home, and will give you all the advice you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible (restaurants, wineries to visit and local markets to discover in the area). Available from Sunday to Sunday. Please note that arrival times are 7.30pm maximum.
