Charming gîte in a small hamlet with shared pool and stunning views of Mont Ventoux.

Located in the heart of a small hamlet, this gîte sleeps 2 to 4 people, on the 1st floor of an 18th-century building accessed by an outside staircase. Very well renovated, decorated and equipped. Views of Mont Ventoux from the terrace. There's another non-labeled meublé de tourisme on the first floor.

On the first level you'll find an entrance hall, toilet, shower room with walk-in shower. An alcove bedroom with a 140x 190cm bed, chest of drawers and TV.

A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, senseo and filter coffee makers, toaster and kettle.

Dining/living room with pellet stove for winter use, access to a 10 m2 terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux, garden furniture. Barbecue. Upstairs, a mezzanine with sofa bed and TV, and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190).

Wifi connection in the gîte via repeater.

In the shared, unfenced garden, you'll have access to the fenced swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.95 m, open from 01/05 to 30/09) shared with 2 other holiday rentals and the owners.

No smoking inside the gîte.

At the end of your stay, please leave the gîte clean. If you do not wish to do the housework, a supplement of 50 € will be asked, thank you.

Pets are not allowed in the gîte as the following tenants may have allergies and we have dogs, cats, hens, geese, ducks and alpacas.

No requests for privatization of the swimming pool will be accepted.

Arrival is from 4 pm to 9 pm and departure until 10 am. Please contact me if you have any requests regarding arrival times.
