La Ferme

Charming Holiday cottage with private courtyard, overlooking the Etang de la Bonde and at the foot of the Luberon.

At the foot of the Luberon and on the banks of the Etang de la Bonde, La Ferme is a charming, fully-renovated Holiday cottage that sleeps 7. The site is an old family farm, in which the owners have created two Holiday cottages: La Petite Maison and La Ferme. On foot, you can easily reach the Etang de la Bonde, where you can swim in season, as well as the Hiking trails to the Luberon massif. Opposite the Holiday cottage, views of the surrounding vineyards and Mountain Sainte Victoire in the distance. Luberon villages such as Lourmarin, Ansouis and Bonnieux, the City of Aix-en-Provence and the Colorado Provençal are all within a 30-km radius.

The Holiday cottage has two levels:
- Full-length, air-conditioned kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob and electric oven, hood, microwave, TV, bar with stools.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate toilet.
- Full-length living room with 8-person dining area, buffet, sitting area with sofa, armchairs, connected TV.
First floor:
- Large master bedroom with private bathroom/wc (bath with glass shower screen, double washbasin, towel dryer and toilet) and dressing room. Bed 160x200cm, tables and lamps, TV and air-conditioning.
- Large corridor with wall cupboards.
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, tables and lamps, TV, closet and air-conditioning.
- Windowless bedroom with Bunk beds: bed 140x190cm and bed 90x190cm, chest of drawers, TV and air-conditioning.
- Separate bathroom with Italian-style shower, heated towel rail, double washbasin, toilet and storage unit.

Outside, private courtyard with garden furniture, awning and barbecue. Deckchairs. Private parking on property. Direct access to the pond via a gate.

Sheets and towels included. Housekeeping included.
