In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon, just 5km from one of France's most beautiful villages, Gordes, and the small village of Les Bories, discover this authentic stone house in Estaillades, where Provencal charm, modern comfort and easy living come together perfectly. Behind its electric gate, the house opens onto a magnificent enclosed garden of 1,000 m², completely hidden from view.
The 10 x 5 m private swimming pool, secured by a solar-powered roller shutter and open from early June to late September, promises delightful moments of coolness under the Provencal sun. The vast terrace naturally becomes the heart of summer living. Garden furniture, a summer kitchen and dining areas allow you to make the most of the long days outdoors, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Those who appreciate comfort will also appreciate the outdoor facilities: separate laundry room with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, two covered parking spaces, electric vehicle charging station and enclosed bicycle storage. Inside, the house seduces with its generous volumes. All rooms benefit from reversible air-conditioning for optimum comfort in all seasons. The first floor features a bright living room opening onto the terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen features an American fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living-dining room invites you to gather around the fireplace and its comfortable sofas, its TV with DVD player and stereo, its library and its large bay window opening onto the outside. A large master suite with bed 160 x 200 cm, dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC completes this level, as does a separate WC with washbasin. On the first floor, everyone enjoys their own space. A second master suite with a 160 x 200cm bed, private shower room and WC benefits from independent external access, ideal for greater privacy. Two other bedrooms complete the first floor: one with a 140 x 190cm bed, the other adaptable to your needs with two 90 x 200cm single beds or a large 180 x 200cm double bed.
