Beautiful view for this apartment attached to the owners' house, with its totally independent entrance, well equipped and renovated in 2017. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The heated Piscine (9x4), open from May to October, shared with the owners, is flat-bottomed (1m50), equipped with a staircase across the width, secured by an electric shutter and alarm, with a large wooden terrace and sun loungers.

The property is located on a hillside and is fully enclosed.

You can lunch or dine on a terrace with pergolas and barbecue, enjoying a beautiful view of the Beaumes castle ruins, the Monts de Vaucluse and, in the distance, the Luberon and the Alpilles. Parking is private and closed (remote control).

You'll find a kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave, a dining area; a living room with sofa bed for 2 (160) and TV, air conditioning; an attic bedroom with double bed 80 X 2 or 160; a bathroom and separate toilet.

Bed linen and towels included. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning 50 euros.

Located 10 minutes' walk from the center of Beaumes-de-Venise, with all amenities, shops and restaurants. You can discover the Beaumes Market on Tuesday mornings and other markets in neighboring towns (Bedoin, Carpentras, Aubignan, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue...) throughout your stay.
Sports enthusiasts can plan outings and walks or bike rides starting from the Holiday cottage.
