Very nice view for this apartment adjoining the owner's house, with its completely private entrance, well equipped and renovated in 2017. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool (9 m x 4 m), open from June to September, shared with the owners, is flat-bottomed (1m40), equipped with a staircase across the width, secured by an electric shutter and an alarm, with a large wooden terrace and sun loungers.
The property is located on the hillside, fully enclosed.
You will have the opportunity to have your lunches or dinners on a terrace with pergolas and barbecue, enjoying a beautiful view of the ruins of the castle of Beaumes, the Monts de Vaucluse and in the distance the Luberon, the Alpilles. The parking lot is private and enclosed (gate with remote control).
You will find a kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave, a dining area, an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm) and a TV, an attic bedroom with a double bed in 160 cm, transformable in 2 twin beds of 80 cm, a shower room and separate toilet.
Sheets and towels included. Possibility of end of stay cleaning (extra cost).
Located 10 mn walk from the center of Beaumes-de-Venise with all amenities, shops, restaurants. Street market in Beaumes on Tuesday morning and other markets in the neighboring towns (Bedoin, Carpentras, Aubignan, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue ...).
