The 67m2 villa, adjoining the owners', has independent access and private garden. Private outdoor heated Piscine 4.50m x 2.20m, in use from May 2 to October 3, 2026. Reserved for Holiday cottage guests only, no time limits.

1 bedroom with 1 high-quality 160cm bed + 1 storage room for suitcases, clothes. Living room/kitchenette (flat-screen TV, microwave, washing machine, induction hob, dishwasher). Shower room. Separate toilet.

At the foot of Mont Ventoux, this house offers a lovely view over the garden and a personalized decor, punctuated by the owners' handicrafts (ceramics, painting, photography).
It faces due south to take advantage of the Provencal light.

Private heated Piscine overlooking the surrounding countryside. Refreshing water feature with resting bench; not suitable for water-based entertainment (jumping, diving).
2 south-facing terraces, one 26 m² with covered area and another 17 m² with Provencal arbour.
Private garden with trees and flowers.
Private on-site parking.
Closed, secure bicycle storage area.
Unenclosed private grounds. Garden furniture. Sun loungers, electric barbecue.

Bed linen provided on arrival, including towels and Piscine towels.
End-of-stay cleaning also included. Does not dispense with regular maintenance of Holiday cottage + disposal of all rubbish and emptying of fridge.
