Ideal for 5 people, but able to accommodate up to 7, this Holiday cottage, which is semi-detached with two other accommodations as well as the owners' house, benefits from a totally independent entrance, guaranteeing your peace and quiet. From the moment you arrive, you'll be seduced by the incredible view from your private, elevated tropezian terrace, offering an unobstructed view of the old village, the Church, Mont-Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, as well as the shared courtyard below. Garden furniture and a gas plancha are at your disposal for outdoor meals, and you'll also have access to a spacious shared courtyard of approx. 400 m², featuring a shared fenced swimming pool (open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from late April to late October, 35m², 1.50m deep). On the 1st floor (first floor from the alley), the Holiday cottage comprises: - a pleasant air-conditioned living room with sofa bed for 2 (140x190cm), connected TV, Wi-Fi, pellet stove.
- a large air-conditioned kitchen/dining room fully equipped with everything you need to cook like at home: 1 table with bench and chairs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, pod coffee maker... and access to the roof terrace.
- Bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. 2nd floor: - Air-conditioned bedroom (1 bed 140x200cm) with private bathroom/wc (bath) - 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with bed 160x200cm, 1 bed 90x190cm and a baby bed with bars. Pets not allowed. Bed linen included. Cleaning, towels and Piscine towels extra. 1 bag of pellets free for the stove in winter, subsequent bags at the going rate (approx. 6 €/bag).
