Adjacent to two other holiday cottages as well as the owners’ home, this intimate retreat features a private entrance under a majestic wisteria vine, ensuring your peace and privacy. You’ll also enjoy a pleasant private terrace overlooking the 400m² shared courtyard. It is equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas plancha, perfect for dining al fresco under the Provençal sky.

For relaxation, a magnificent shared, fenced-in Piscine (accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from late April to late October, 35 m², depth 1.50 m) offering an unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, surrounded by sun loungers and a lounge area, is at your disposal to help you savor every moment.

Inside, the studio has been designed to combine comfort and modernity:

A bright living area with a sitting and dining area (sofa, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning).
A comfortable sleeping area, separated from the living room by a glass partition, featuring a 160x200 cm double bed.
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, pod coffee maker, etc.)
A contemporary bathroom with a shower
A laundry room with a washing machine and a toilet

Ideally located, you’ll be right next to Vaison-la-Romaine and in the heart of prestigious vineyards such as Beaumes-de-Venise, Vacqueyras, Cairanne, and Rasteau. A perfect destination for lovers of wine, nature, and cultural heritage.
