Located on the first floor of Holiday cottage 84G3662 and adjoining the owner's home, it opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture and plancha, and the shared garden.
The 1000m² enclosed garden is shared with the owner and the other Holiday cottage.

The shaded terrace is a real asset.

The apartment is air-conditioned and well-equipped, ideal for a couple.
The living room with sofa bed (for 2 Kids up to 10 years), 2 armchairs, TV and wifi opens onto the kitchenette.
The integrated kitchen is so practical, you'll enjoy cooking delicious meals (oven, microwave, 4 gas rings, fridge/freezer, hood, pod coffee maker...).

The bedroom has a 160x200cm bed.
The bathroom has a large shower, washbasin, hairdryer, washing machine and toilet.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay housekeeping included. Air conditioning and heating included.

1 small dog (-10kg) accepted only with a supplement of €6 per night.
