Situated in the countryside in the heart of a 40-hectare winegrowing estate, fully renovated and brought up to date, discover this semi-detached gîte. Also on site is the Syrah gîte (84G4303).

There's a shared swimming pool (6x3m, 1.80 m deep in the middle, open from June to September), fenced in and protected by an alarm, a 100m² gravel terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha, and a shared, unfenced plot of land. On-site parking.

First floor:
Gllum is cool living/dining room with flat-screen TV, sofa, 2 round tables with chairs, wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, pod coffee maker).

First floor:
1 master bedroom comprising 2 bedrooms (1 bed 200x200cm, 2 beds 90x190cm) with bathroom (shower, bath and double basin) and separate toilet.
2 bedrooms (2 beds 160x200cm) each with its own bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
