Flassan is a small commune with ochre-colored facades and picturesque lanes, close to Mormoiron, City-sur-Auzon and Bedoin. A Small grocery store is just 400m from the Holiday cottage.

Perfect for vacations with family or friends, it has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a cosy living space and an enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing after a day of Hiking or exploring.

Enjoy an exceptional natural environment, surrounded by Hiking trails. Whether you're a cyclist, hiker or simply looking for some peace and quiet, this house is the ideal base from which to explore the Mont Ventoux region.

The house has an enclosed garden of approx. 100m² with a pallet lounge, charcoal barbecue and private parking.
The terrace with garden furniture is covered and pleasant in all seasons.

- Living room with sofa bed 140x190cm, can accommodate 2 people for an additional charge. Round table, flat-screen TV, wifi, library and board games.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, Nespresso + filter coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer...
- 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm and 2 twin beds 80x200cm. Fitted closets.
- Bathroom with large shower, vanity unit, hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
- Laundry room with washing machine

Closed bike room. 2 parking spaces. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning INCLUDED. Electric charging station 7 km away.

One dog (max. 20 kg) allowed with €10 cleaning fee for the stay (no cats).
