Charming, comfortable Provence gîte in the heart of the Luberon in the small commune of Saint Saturnin les Apt in the Vaucluse, a few kilometers from the beautiful villages of Gordes and Roussillon and the exceptional Colorado Provençal site of Rustrel. The swimming pool and air conditioning (reversible) provide a high level of comfort in our region.

In the heart of the Luberon, in the small commune of Saint Saturnin les Apt, air-conditioned, comfortable, south-facing detached house. Surrounded by vineyards, lavender and truffle oaks. Private Piscine (8x4, open from 01/05 to 15/10) protected by alarm and fence, 15 m² south-facing covered terrace and 1000 m² unfenced garden.

3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, baby bed on request). Dining room and living room completely refurbished in 2021, TV, DVD, 3-seater sofa + 2-seater sofa with recliner. Fully-equipped fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, electric coffee maker + Nespresso, kettle). Bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Heating: reversible air conditioning.

Tourist tax: €1.50/day/person (children under 18 are exempt).

Sheet and towel hire available on request from the owner (Bed linen hire: €15/bed, bed made on arrival, towel: €5/person).
Heating: reversible air conditioning, extra charge billed according to consumption at end of stay.
Air-conditioning in summer: 100 kWh per week included in the price (this package is calculated on a reasonable average consumption), beyond that, the kWh are billed to customers at the end of stay (For information 0 € 22 the kWh to 01/06/25).
