Charming Holiday cottage for 6 people, all comforts in Provence in the heart of the Luberon on the small commune of Saint Saturnin les Apt in the Vaucluse, a few kilometers from the beautiful villages of Gordes, Roussillon and the exceptional site of the Colorado Provençal of Rustrel. The Piscine and air-conditioning (reversible) bring a not inconsiderable comfort in our region.

In the heart of the Luberon, in the small village of Saint Saturnin les Apt, a detached, air-conditioned house with all modern comforts, facing south. Surrounded by vineyards, lavender fields, and truffle oaks. Private Piscine (8x4 m, open from May 1 to October 15) secured by an alarm and fence, a 15 m² covered south-facing terrace, and an unfenced 1,000 m² garden.

3 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds, Baby bed available upon request). Dining room and living room completely renovated in 2021, TV, DVD player, 3-seater sofa + 2-seater sofa with reclining function. Fully equipped built-in kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, gas stove, electric coffee maker + Nespresso machine, kettle). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Heating: reversible air conditioning.

Visitor’s tax charged separately (kids under 18 are exempt).
End-of-stay cleaning: €100 included in the rental rate.
Sheets and towels available for rent at an additional cost upon request from the owner (Sheets: €15/bed, beds made on arrival; towels: €5/person)
Heating: reversible air conditioning, charged at an additional cost based on consumption at the end of the stay.
Air conditioning during the summer: 100 kWh per week included in the price (this flat rate is based on reasonable average usage); any additional kWh will be billed to guests at the end of the stay (for reference, €0.22 per kWh as of 06/01/25).
